“The technician did an excellent job matching the paint to the original color. The passenger door had to be replaced and the dents in the passenger door behind it had dents to pop out and refinish. The repair looks as though the accident never happened. I’m very satisfied. There was a slight delay past the time they had quoted it would be completed but they explained the reasons for this and I was very happy to wait ❤️. I would use this company again. Update: my vehicle was a 2020 Chevy Traverse and I had taken it in under an insurance claim through GEICO. I was able to get an appointment within days after the incident. They were able to repair it within two weeks. I am aware that had I of attempted to call the business and make an appointment the timing would not have been so fast. I’m adding this information after reading other reviews. It’s important to know that if your vehicle needs repair regardless of cash or insurance claims, companies have customers and other projects so you will need to call multiple places to find someone who can give you a timely return. This isn’t the only business in this county and there are options. Please review your options and ask for proper turn around expectations prior to dropping your vehicle off anywhere. I feel fortunate to have been able to have my vehicle repaired and to have had the car rental paid for through insurance. Well worth the rates I pay and the reaction I experienced.”

Finally decided on a kayak for myself & my husband. We put down 20% to hold them until we could get to Port Gamble. When I went to pick them up- Drew not only put a rack on my car . He also took my ski rack off first & set up all of my racks with a master key. He went above & beyond & I will definitely be sending everyone I know to Olympic Outdoor. Super happy .”

Their prices are also very fair for the high quality of work they provide. I've never felt like they are scamming us into more than we need, they have found some simple fixes to otherwise extremely expensive replacements on multiple occasions. If you need a plumber, they should be your first call.”
