“Short story: do your homework. I met with Molly at my house here in Poulsbo. I did absolutely none of the requested pre-meeting work that was provided to me well in advance. Our meeting largely consisted - then - of going through the paperwork step-by-step. I would say that Molly did her best to provide a value by quickly preening down our misconceptions toward a workable solution. Had I done my pre-work, I'm sure more time could have been spent on the actual kitchen design. Molly handled our appointment as professionally as I hope I would be; given our carelessness. Molly never once mentioned - or even implied - that I had in any way disrupted the process. Again, I think she sought to provide value. Ultimately, I think we will likely be leaning a different way for our needs. Not because we don't think we would get a sub-par outcome: our plans just expanded beyond the scope of our kitchen remodel. We think we may need the help of a more general craftsperson. You can have something done two of three ways: fast, cheap, and right. Fast and cheap may work for a fast-and-cheap need. I would say that Molly probably under-charges for a consultation, but you get out what you put in. I mean, what were you going to do, anyway; watch at least 45 minutes of animal rescue videos?”

“UPDATE: I take back a lot of what I said. I’m so impressed with how Peterson Chevrolet has handled my situation, I will absolutely buy another vehicle from them. And that says a lot because I’m in Utah with several other dealerships very close to me and it’s a five hour drive to Boise. They have sincerely apologized for not filling up the gas tank, something they normally do and have made up for it. Not only did they help me receive the GM accessories I was supposed to get, but they’re also having them shipped to a dealership that is local to me. I’ve honestly never dealt with a more transparent dealership and I would highly recommend them. Huge thanks to Christian, Rob and Andrew for taking care of me. I love my truck! Purchased brand new truck, gas tank was empty. Was supposed to receive $1000 in GM accessory credit. Still waiting for Andrew to call and explain how I will receive my credit.
