Like it’s is wonderful, never got used to early mornings & at the time you feel like time goes slow but trust me once it’s over and it’s 5+ years after you can’t help but to reminisce on the timeless memories &once in a lifetime experiences , bonds & friendships you make ! The staff really do put their heart into their jobs. I got to say that I’d never felt healthier, more focused, and motivated in my entire life. I learned so many valuable things during my time at the academy! Definitely one of the best memories and achievements of my life! Do it do it do it! Recommend 100%. You’re not too bad or too good for this , if you have been encouraged to go take the opportunity! Embrace the experience life goes by too fast! Plus the credits you can earn are soooo helpful & the teachers are for you not against you they want you to succeed so they will find ways to get you those credits!”

“I have to say that I am just deeply Impressed by my first visit here. On every level, Impressed! The service was amazing... Very very personable, So many different staff came by all the time to check on how our table was doing, even up to who seemed like the head chef would come personally to check on us! They were all very nice and there was no pressure at all of any kind. (Other places would rush you to order and to finish eating, or make you feel like they have no time for you and that you're lucky if they allow you 2 min to order). When I asked a question about the cut of the meat, they actually went and tried to find out. The ambiance was very nice too down to the music selection. They play Chinese music, since it is a Chinese restaurant, but it is the chill mellow kind, not too old school, and isn't the type where you feel like you should be at a wannabe hip party or something. And the food was all very high quality and the Broth... Wow!! It was perfectly spiced, wasn't too bland, and not overly salty, and plenty of natural herbs!! Just extremely Impressed with everything!!! Definitely going back!!!”

She lined the top of the dress for me so my shoulders were covered and hemmed the bottom to make it tea length. I was so anxious about it being perfect and she totally pulled it off!
