He is a one man band and is extremely knowledgeable. He had us on the fish with the first drop of our lines. We will definitely be going back out with Matt when salmon season opens up. Overall great guy, me and my Uncle had the time of our lives fishing hanging out with Matt.”

“I love a good nursery, and this one is great! It seemed like they had every kind of plant you could imagine on site, or at least ones that are in season or grow well in the PNW. The staff is very knowledgeable. More than a nursery, this is more like a retail arboretum laid out like a garden, It even has a nature trail. She has a trip to Vancouver this weekend, and had she gone to Jiffy Lu** instead, she’d probably be stranded on the freeway! “This site of a defense station that was planned to have anti-naval vessal guns to protect the area against possible invasion in World War 2 have been converted into a beautiful state park. The water access is perfect for kayaking, the trails are great for going on a walk, with or without your dogs; and if you want to go camping this park provides you with places to do so. To enter you will need a Discover Pass or pay for a day pass to the park, camping also has a fee. The visitor station also sells water or ice creams if you didn't come prepared for when the park gets hot during the summer.”
