I ran across Robert and Aloha Electric just by looking on Yelp and I feel extremely lucky that I found him. Normally, when you call plumbers, electricians, or any of these highly skilled pros, you get a "give me your name and address and we'll send someone out". Robert was not like that at all. He humanized the experience by allowing me to explain the situation and actually took the time to understand the entire scope of the project. He explained a couple different options based on my explanation (all safe, and to-code solutions) and we agreed on a time to have him come out to validate his assumptions for said options. He also made recommendations on how I should lay out the home office (ie. installing electrical outlets at desk-level vs. underneath he desk for phone chargers and the like). Shortly after, he sent me his estimate with my budget and safety in mind.

Definitely reccomend Aloha Electric, the power went out in my home office, Robert understood it was a situation that needed immediate attention so he accommodated me on short notice after hours. He was very thorough in determining the issue and kept me posted while he was working. I also love the fact that he understands I'm on a budget and offers options. I will be using his company for my future Electrical needs!
