“This is a great place to work. Most of these negative reviews are from cynical staff or staff whom didn't mix well with their team. Rainier is a fun and rewarding place but you gotta put an effort to make it that way. The clients are great, though some have behavioral issues which makes the job dangerous to a degree. I love having fun with staff and clients, and knowing I'm doing well when everyone is smiling at the end of the day is just icing on the cake.”
