(June 4, 2018, 6:53 pm)I have found my gym-home. I was so tired and unmotivated with a typical "gym". I was tired of paying for a gym membership, plus a personal trainer, plus a separate pilates membership at a separate business. At FitLab253 I get private pilates, group pilates, great class workouts (Zone!!), strength weight classes and yoga...all in the same place. The classes are small and NEVER crowded/over-booked (YMCA, I'm looking at you). Members make reservations for their classes, so there is a space limit, while also making you accountable for keeping your reservation! I'm there 5 days a week and I. LOVE IT.
