Cottesmore of Life Care

I had a short visit with my friend Nona. I have been here a number of times since she was admitted but was not told until today that I need to sign in and out. A comfort knowing that is a safety issue for our love ones.

We visited a family member who is a patient. We were impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff were. The facility is very clean and has a comfy, homey feeling.

The Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful with our many questions! Thank You! We look forward to continued excellent work as we move the admittance process and Therapy evaluations for my 96 year old Dad tomorrow.

As a family member of someone who tragically had to be placed in a care facility, I was very skeptical of where my aunt would be placed.
Lucky for my family, the stars aligned and my aunt was blessed to be accepted into Cottesmore. Evidently it was rated #1 Care Center for 22-23 by US News and World Report. After learning that, it makes one feel a little more at ease. Then seeing how the staff interacts with patients, seeing the establishment in person, and talking to the staff it really seemed to be living up to what I’d heard.
Also after having my aunt there, hearing her tell me first hand her experience with each person, it solidified it for me.
I can’t recall all the names of the great staff but I recall Bailey doing PT with my aunt, watching her patiently working / encouraging her. Then also Colleen who I haven’t met but evidently makes things happen and advocates for her patients.
My family is so grateful for all of the staff and wish I could name and thank you all.

I had a really good visit with my sister-in-law. Her mom and sisters also had a great visit. The check-in process was simple and the staff was very helpful. I was also very impressed with the facility and how well it was maintained.
