Costco Vision Center

Myself and my family use this eye care center. I’ve never had any problems with people being rude or short tempered. We’ve had long wait times but were met by friendly faces who have been helpful several time with repairs and reorders. For us they have some of the best frames for the best deal. My partner even brought in lenses that came out of some warped frames and within a few days they had the lenses in new frames! Of course we had to pay for the frames, products and service cost money but we were grateful to have them back so quick! We continue to be happy customers at this location.

After trying another large national retailer for lenses and having many issues with their lenses and frames I chose to try Costco.
I wish I would have listened to others who told me how great they were.
I had extremely good help picking out my frames.
The input I got for the lenses was absolutely outstanding.
After receiving my new pair of glasses I was immediately impressed on how clear everything was after wearing the horrible lenses I got from the other big chain for over a year.
After my insurance I only paid $15. The other place after insurance I paid over a couple hundred dollars. Basically Costco's retail price.
Huge savings!
