Solid Shop. Replaced my front and rear shocks and struts with the parts I supplied them and did it in a timely manner. Price was very fair and lower than other shops I received quotes from. Car rides considerably better now.

We stopped by to get a flat tire patched but the tire was too thin. Without hesitation they put the spare on and wouldn't let us pay anything. You won't find a nicer or more professional business. Highly recommend!

I have been to this location several times and every time it proves to me why it’s the best chain auto shop in town. I feel like the customer service is top notch and I am shown specifically what the car needs rather than just being told and expected to pay for it. I never felt pressured to pay for some thing that I didn’t think the car needed which is my biggest issue with other chains. The prices are very fair again considering this is a chain auto shop. There was an issue where I needed to leave the car overnight but I felt secure in knowing that they would handle it first thing the next morning and they did. During my time in the shop I overheard the employees dealing with very nasty people over the phone and the fact that they are still able to provide great customer service despite that is commendable.

Got new tires an alignment and an oil change in an hour and a half. Made an appointment the day before they had my tires the next day and installed. Quality service and friendly folks. Thanks so much!

I found Nicole in Maple valley a couple years ago. She moved to Gig Harbor and I drive an hour for her services! She knows how to cut my hair and I'm always happy when I leave. Highly recommend! And she is such a sweetheart too.

Absolute favorite place to get my hair done. I have been coming here for a year and Nicole is the only stylist who has ever been able to make my hair look the way I wanted. Nicole is the nicest and funniest stylist to talk to and talking to her while getting my hair done makes the experience 10x better.

I love the great atmosphere Nicole's new location has. Outside her location near the freeway for easy access in a well lit lot with convenient parking. The experience inside is fantastic. Her shampoo bowls are the BEST experience I've ever had having my hair shampoo at a professional salon. They are actually comfortable and your neck isn't killing you during the wash process. They also message your hands during your shampoo. What a great experience!

Nicole is the sweetest hair stylist! It feels like I’m catching up with a old friend when in her chair! She’s very professional, and took me from blonde to red. I live and hour and a half away and will continue to travel 100+ miles for her to do my hair. Nicole will forever be my go to hair stylist!
