Patriot did a great job repairing a roof leak last winter, so I asked them to propose to replace the roof this summer. Their entire team was exceptionally professional and extremely detail-oriented. From the original repair, to the estimate, the roof replacement, quality control, communication, and personal follow up by the owner. Outstanding culture and professionalism throughout. Strongly recommend them if you want it done right and not to worry about your roof for a LONG time!

Patriot roofing was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable about installing a metal roof on my home. They installed a quality product and did updates and repairs as needed. They always kept me informed on the status of the work, and asked before doing any additional work. This is my second time using this company, and if I ever need a new roof again, I will call them first.

After the initial review I was presented with a well organized binder with the full scope of what needs to be done and in detail explained how they were going to do it. I was well informed throughout the whole process and was given instant peace of mind. I am writing this review because the team that followed after we agreed to move forward was phenomenal. They showed up on time and got moving right away. I had to ask again for confirmation at the end of the first day when the supervisor said they were done. EXCEPTIONAL!!!! I Had several bids prepared from multiple roofing companies. No one was even in the same league as Patriot. Kraig Perry put together an estimate that covered every aspect of the proposed work from start to finish. He met with me on more than one occasion and was always on time and willing to answer any and all questions, a true professional. Salvador and his crew did an outstanding job with the installation while simultaneously protecting the property from any damage. The workers were on time, diligent, and pleasant. The crew worked extremely hard, completing the project in two days. This company is the complete package. I have never done business with an organization that has an entire fleet of all star employees that occupy every department. Thank you Patriot Roofing for restoring my faith that there are honest, quality, and true professionals still in this world.

I am glad they replaced my roof and gutters. Their "sales" guy came with a ladder instead of wearing a suit. He climbed onto the roof, inspected everything and took several pictures before scheduling a separate visit to go over the quote and list of materials. This company had everything organized like a well calibrated machine and everyone knew how to do their part. The work itself was completed quickly with the team they sent and they cleaned everything up well too. Even the WA L&I inspector said this company does really good work and goes well beyond code with the materials they use.
