They did my alternator in my 06 BMW 650i, not a easy or cheap fix but they did it right with no issues & even gave me a discount after the work was done. If I have the need to get any other repair work done on any of my cars ill use 9999. Also they're a plus as they accept my Service contract that BMW Northwest would not & BMW tried to harass me into buying more services even after they said they wouldn't accept my Service contract for payment. 9999 auto repair has moved up another step in my ladder of trust. Which I do not take lightly at all.
