(May 10, 2023, 8:21 pm)My husband and I just moved here and Bri in the office has been nothing short of Amazing! She is so helpful and always a text or call away if we need anything.
She is always quick to respond.
We needed maintenance for a couple things and they were quick to come out and courteous.
We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in this area! -

(December 8, 2022, 10:09 pm)My family and I have lived at the James Apartments for over 3 years. First 2 years were not great, management was awful! The manager Samantha disregarded everything that was brought to her attention and always had a horrible attitude. However, recently the property was sold and the new management so far has been amazing! A lot of new changes have been applied and it has made it so much better to live here. We now have new washers and dryer’s which is the best part! I will continue to live here until my family and I are ready to leave Washington state.Props to the new owners and management!

(October 3, 2022, 1:56 pm)The new management at the James Apartments has been amazing. Both Erika and Daniella are very responsive when issues arise, and have made my family's move out so easy. This has been a huge improvement from previous management, which has made the quality of life much better. Maintenance personnel is friendly and quick to respond to maintenance requests.

(September 13, 2022, 1:36 pm)The new management is incredible. My boyfriend and I moved in at the beginning of the month into a renovated unit and we have zero complaints. The staff is very friendly they genuinely care about every tenant here. When something isn't right or needs to be fixed maintenance comes right away and handles it with such good attitudes. I am very grateful to have found this property I will def recommend it to any and everyone.
