The PNW Team came through for my family in a pinch. We found a home in Eastern Washington that we made an offer on but we couldn't close on it until the home we were living in was sold. Adam and team helped us develop a plan to get our home sold in a slumping market by linking us with a great lender who handled our VA Loan, a General contractor to fix our deck and replace a slider door that would have surely delayed the sell of our home until spring and an agent in Eastern Washington to help with closing on the new house. We were able to lock in a rate at 3% less than what it would have been had we waited another month to try and sell. Adam Barringer helped my family and I sell our house as we moved out of state. He was so great and invested and helped us throughout the entire experience even when our house was sold and our new house was purchased.
