Thank goodness I found Ruston Family Chiropractic. I was living in a significant amount of pain in my lower back. Putting it simply it was taking away from my full potential. After just one visit I now not only feel AMAZING!!!! I have so much more knowledge of my spine, body and why I was feeling the way I was. I've been seeing Dr. Kristin for about eight months. I'm 60 years old and whenever something hurt I just figured it was due to age, but when my feet started to feel numb I worried. I went to a neurologist who ran a couple of tests and didn't find anything definitive so I decided to try chiropractic. Within a couple of months my numbness was gone and since then other assorted pains have disappeared. I also have a lot more range of motion. We're still working on my neck and I'm confident that it too will improve. It's been a long hard process for my body to get used to the changes, but definitely worth it. I only wish I had started years ago.

I have been going to Ruston Family Chiropractic for the last 8 months and it has drastically changed my life. In the past, I suffered from chronic back pain, nightmares, headaches, and trouble sleeping. My back pain has almost completely disappeared and I’m sleeping through the night.
