Alvin is great. I'd love to work with him again. He knows everything about home buying from start to finish. He will learn what you like and dislike, then help point that out in the houses. His scheduling is masterful, no matter what he will keep you able to visit houses. We ended up seeing something like 35 - 40 houses in the end and he didn't complain at all while rescheduling everything for me because I ran late most of the time. Great guy, and I enjoyed working with him. The only thing that would've been nice is if he knew the financing process slightly better, but that isn't really his business.
