Dr. Hong and his team are awesome! I'm really happy with the cleaning and the care that Emanuella took while processing the x-rays.

I had such a wonderful experience at Rainier Smiles. Every single person was so friendly and efficient. They gave me a great dental exam and explained everything that was being done. I am a very grateful patient and so happy to have such great people working there!

Myself and my 7 yr old daughter went here for our check up/cleaning and they were great! We got brought back on time and it was easy visit. Daughter was comfortable and even followed drs orders that night at home.

I used to dread the dentist. But, as soon as coming to this practice I’ve changed my tune real fast. Not only is Dr. Hong extremely patient, he’s GENTLE! They now see my whole family, and my kids too! I just can’t say enough about the amount of appreciation I have for this dentist office. They’re severely underrated. Amazing practice, amazing staff, and just a comfortable experience. I’ve found my forever dentist!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Hong and his staff are amazing. They are professional and the customer service is outstanding. I had some dental emergency on a weekend while his office was closed and I left a voicemail to call me first thing Monday morning. Surprisingly, Dr. Hong called me an hour later and offered to meet me at his office to assist my dental issues. He went above and beyond his duties to help me and I’ll never forget it. I will recommend all my friends and family to Dr. Hong’s office because he truly cares about his clients. Thank you sir!!!
