  AMAZING! Moving is hard! No matter what you do it is always going to be difficult. UPACK made my situation as easy as possible for how complicated moving can be. And that was wonderful for me!!!
  It's exactly as described. They brought my trailer on time. Left it overnight. Came back the next day to pick it up without any issues and off I went free and clear on my drive to a new state.
  Once my trailer was picked up, I used my phone to pull up the website and a button appeared saying manage my move. Clicking it took me to a tracking update and all the info I would need to get my stuff to me. It was so simple!
  Delivery day was right on time, and I got a text telling me to call and schedule even though I was already watching my personal page. The customer service teams were cool and friendly every time I had to call.
  And my stuff was on that truck just like I left it. I only lost one cheap drinking glass in the process. Everything I cared about was perfectly safe and intact.
  This is a 5 STAR deal at a fantastic price! I would use these people again in a heartbeat!
  Here is clue however - READ ALL THE INFO THEY SEND ABOUT YOUR MOVE!!!!! And once you do, call the team and check in and ask questions. It will help you to feel at ease and create a relationship with UPACK. I was really glad I called prior and talked through the process.

  Used this company for two long military moves, great service all around! Great communication, punctual, professional. Would definitely recommend.

  U-Pack was very easy to work with from start to finish. They were very helpful in walking us through the process and make best choices. Their updates on the entire process were great and put our minds at ease. The cost savings of working with U-Pack was incredible compared to traditional moving companies.

  Great experience with U-Pack themselves! I really did appreciate how uncomplicated the process was. I would say the worst part was the pick up portion - we wanted to hire a moving company to help, but the Nashville pick up location only opened on specific hours (10AM-12PM and 3PM-5PM) during the day which made no company want to help. Although it did save us money because we were able to load/unload ourselves.
  
  ADVICE FOR PEOPLE CONSIDERING: Book more than you need and get TWO locks per relocube. We had only brought two locks when each one required two. We only ended using 1 of the 2 (which was great), but had we needed both - it would have been a bit risky.

  U-Pack was the easiest part of my move out of state (Washington to Arizona)! They give you tracking updates on where your trailer is and when to expect it to arrive. The customer service was great, the trailer pick up and drop off was on time without any issues. I highly recommend U-Pack and will absolutely use them again in the future!
