Lauren is a fantastic teacher. She focuses on the client by providing exercises that are appropriate to the client's ability and "body feel" that day (let's face it, we're not always at 100%), and is able to provide adjustments to accomodate any physical issues. She knows her stuff and is fun to work out with. I have only high praise to offer for Casa Bianca Pilates!

I’ve worked with Lauren for one-on-one in-person instruction and Zoom classes. Lauren tailors each session to your personal fitness goals and how your body is feeling that day. We’ve done work on the reformer, mat Pilates, yoga flows and even HIIT programs when I was craving a little more cardio. Lauren is professional, fun, encouraging and creates a mean playlist for your session! Highly recommend for any fitness level!
