I have to admit section 8 did help me and my children for many years and I appreciate you guys and I very thankful,but now my income reached the maximum rate I must go without them and I'm really going to miss it because you always have them to fall back on when you have no income they can pay all your rent for you but I am even more happier that I no longer need assistance because of my income I can pay my own rent myself thank you Pierce county housing authority for many years of helping me paying rent but with the help of my son and his good job and my job and the might grace of God we got this. Thank God
Long hard process, however they needed to be more careful who was given housing and why! Long term was supposed to be for elderly and disabled not lazy and dishonest! I am personally very thankful and was treated with respect! Thanks to all at PC HUD Office!
I wish I would have called an spoken with my worker sooner! She explained things in a way that made the forms so much easier to understand. I feel more confident for the next forms.She is so nice and calls back when I have a guestion. She even has suggestions to help make things easier. Thank you,Chris!
Best housing authority ever and trust I have moved around. Their FSS program ran by Amy is amazing. They are helpful and informative, and the receptionist is the sweetest lady in the world. Case managers or at least mine( Kerri Miller) is always on top of everything and get back to me promptly. There is just nothing I can say bad about this place.
