Sir-Amicks Studio/Sir-Perior

Thanks to Lorna's and Patti's excellent instruction, I have won several ribbons at the state fair.

The studio is a mainstay and a treasure in Tacoma. I don't blame the owner for accepting only appointments...so much has changed over the years. We remember when it was Pat who ran the studio. My mother made a spectacular Nativity set 35 years ago, that still exists. Please keep the studio open for further generations!!!

Just left there!! We just so happen to catch her while she was there. The lady was very helpful and walked us through the place to show us what she has available ready to paint. They are by appointment only right now as well as no specific hours due to covid so I would strongly suggest calling first vs just stopping by. Overall great experience!

The woman that runs it has been very helpful. I broke a Santa Clause plate. This plate was over 40 years old and she was able to pour me a new one just in time for me to paint and fire for Christmas, She also has the 3 in tall Santa Clause cups that I once got from my mother and now I can make them for my grand kids.
She is open on Tue, Thur and Saturdays. I know on Saturdays she is open till 3:30pm and if you call on those days she can give you the times she is open. I remember her mother from when I was a kid coming with my mom and aunt to paint.
