We have nothing but great things to say about Black Pine Spas! The salesman we were dealing with, Santi, was knowledgeable and very patient with answering tons of questions from me. They gave us a two hour window for delivery and showed up exactly when they said they would. Jesus and Julian were amazing. They moved my tub safely from the truck to my porch in a downpour and still had a great attitude. They set up everything I needed and took the time to explain all aspects of the tub operation.
