Expectations were low, having scoured other stores and being uninspired by high prices, low quality, and mediocre selection. This place was the opposite. Jeff was the most wonderful guide on our magic carpet ride of finding a new area rug for our living room. The best customer service! Prices were great. And while the selection was not endless (what they have is what they have and they’re up front about it even on the website), there were plenty of options. Pro-tip: don’t forget your under-rug pad!

Will return here when we decide that other parts of our home require rugs/carpet or for flooring needs upon a move. Five stars well earned.

After having a mediocre estimate visit with a big box carpet company, I visited the Tacoma Carpet Liquidators and had a wonderful experience. Jeff was amazing to talk to, and showed me all the carpet options after hearing what I was looking for. He gave me all the information I needed, then let me look around on my own rather than hovering. I had a couple more questions which he answered, and also gave a clear breakdown of all the costs associated with installation and how they would change with different carpet pads etc, so I could easily ballpark an estimate for my space. The process to reserve the carpet I chose was quick and easy, and they were at my house next day to measure. The installation team a couple weeks later was efficient and thorough, and I am very happy with the result! Highly recommend Carpet Liquidators for the whole process.

Very happy with the carpet - great price along with a good looking carpet. I was especially happy with the installers. The three young men were polite, friendly and very hard workers. They were very professional and their work was excellent. Not often can I say that.

Jeff and Nia were extremely helpful throughout this process. This was our third time purchasing flooring (and installation) from this location. The selections we've made are all great quality and much more cost effective than HD or Lws, which have easily saved us $1000s so allows us to afford to make further improvements/updates to our home as well. We've also consistently received the same level of high quality service each time. We're very happy with each product. We recently inherited my late uncles home & were in the market for new carpet. Went here first because my family has used their services before and everything went over well. The first gentleman who came to measure our floors was cordial, but didn’t speak much English so I was unable to ask questions or really get any information from him. The quote we got was more than expect so we kept shopping around to compare rates. We ended up coming back because it was the fastest we could get something installed with a decent carpet option.

The installer (Jody- not sure on the spelling) was PHENOMENAL. Extremely outgoing and friendly guy, totally kicked butt with installation. We have an interesting layout with some weird stairs and a chimney in the middle of the room and everything looks PERFECT! Highly recommend his services again, if you can request a specific installer- he’s your guy! The stairs are even easier to walk up and down which is a lifesaver for us!

Overall ended up being satisfied with the business as a whole & will continue to go to them first for flooring needs.
