This is my second time coming to this cafe and I love it! Both times food and service were great. Our waiter Vanessa and the hostess Seanessy very sweet and helpful. I brought my mom from out of town and we both enjoyed the Bloody Mary and sun dried tomato stuffed biscuit both 10/10 recommend. The artsy vibe and art camp next door brings the whole love of art and good food together which someone who loves both can truly appreciate. ❤️🙌🏼
The food is very good. The menu choices provide enough comfort food for old folks and enough variations on comfort food for the young. It's in a fairly historic area of Tacoma, near Stadium High. The wait staff are almost always the best I've experienced. Just friendly enough, just exactly attentive enough. Once, the server was not good, thus 4 stars.
Great people and outstanding food. You have to try the pancakes, incredible!
Everyone is always very friendly. Wonderful atmosphere. You always feel welcome.
Great place for breakfast and lunch. Hopefully dinner will be back soon. Great Italian dinners.
This place is cute and small, so it can get very busy very fast. We got in at a good time, and were able to grab a table right away. The food was amazing, I got the omelette of the day which came with a side of potatoes and a salad. Salad was very tasty and the potatoes were well seasoned and not dried out. It may have been due to how busy the cafe got later on and only about two waitstaff, but it took a considerable about of time for me to get my card back after paying. But other than that, it was a great experience having breakfast here and I’d gladly go again.
Superb brunch spot! The food was excellent and the service was on point. We were greeted by lovely people, sat very quickly, and quenched our thrust with some cucumber water.
Ordered the Eggs Benedict - you can tell the chef takes pride in his food. The meal came with an arugula salad, which was the so simple it shouldn’t have tasted as amazing as it did (I was told the vinaigrette is made in house - another nod to the chef)! We also ordered the Dutch Baby with a cannoli filling - not too sweet, just right. The dark chocolate and high quality ingredients made it quite tasty. Finally, the Margarita Pizza - again, high quality ingredients made this simple dish super yummy!
As if this spot isn’t already great... you can bring your dog on the patio!
I’ll definitely be adding this spot to our regular restaurant list!
