“Charlie is the man. We spun a hub on an old Mercury outboard two weeks before a major trip. I tried three places and between lost packages, wrong parts, and bad inventory, had come up empty handed with two days before our trip. When I called, Charlie knew the motor we were trying to find a prop for, knew his offered options, and double checked inventory. Then he got two props in a box and overnighted them. Affordable pricing I think $96 for synthetic oil, inspection, all liquids changed. I feel for the receptionist as he was in a lot of pain awaiting hip surgery. Praying for this business as they do a good job! Came recommended and was not disappointment.”

“I came about 4pm on a weekend and donut case was still really full meaning they don’t run out when you have a donut craving mid day. Selection was great! Donuts are airy and nice just like you’d expect from a donut. I really only came for The ice Cream but ended up walking out with 4 bags of donut holes. Now on to the ice cream. Prices are so much better than some of these chain brands and tastes the exact same. Not cheap tasting but quality was spot on to the chain brands. My favorite thing was that she didn’t skimp on the portion. My cone was loaded. Customer service was great. First time ever coming but will for sure be back. Best place I’ve found in tacoma to date. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but walk in. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.”

“Fantastic experiences with both a refrigerator when it needed replacing. Was able to get the one I wanted and delivered without incident. Recently replaced our problem 30” stove with a new 30” Wolf from Weir’s (ordered) and Weir’s was communicative throughout the process. We had a issue with the way our old stove was installed (cabinet and floor blocking removal). Weir’s went out of their way to coordinate with an installation company to fix the problem, and as it turned out the plumbing had not shut off. Both issues fixed quickly and we are so happy with our purchase and the service!”

Everything was well organized and the people were friendly this is the first time I have been in a grocery store where the produce looked all organized in a row and so colorful I just stood there and was amazed I only wish there was one of these stores near me in Florida. “If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! We had just put in a brand new tub. We had hired someone to do the sheetrock, mudding and taping. It was about 2 weeks before we actually noticed they damaged our brand new tub. We were not wanting to go through the expense of replacing the tub but had no idea who to contact. Luckily for us I happened to look through a piece of mail called 'TheHomeMag' where I saw an ad for Miracle Method. I checked out the website and thought if they're as good as the photos I'd be ecstatic. I submitted a request for a quote and got a call the very next day. Scheduled an appt for the quote and Ryan came and did his thing! Very polite, professional and we felt he was honest. Then we scheduled the actual repair for a couple weeks later. Miracle Method called the day ahead to confirm the appointment. The day of the appt. Trevor called to let us know when he would be arriving. He showed up on time and went straight to work. Let me tell you, if I didn't see it with my own eyes I wouldn't have believed it! It looked beautiful!! However, Trevor said that a particle of dust got in the finish and he was going to come back the next morning to buff it out!!! We were thoroughly impressed with the work and Trevor!! I will be recommending Miracle Method to everyone I know!”
