They are flexible and will frequently ask for requests or suggestions for the class, if you have a certain area you want to work, or goal for the day. They have classes in different styles (from relaxing to challenging, beginner to advanced). The environment is calming and spartan, and the studio is very clean. You can sign up for a membership, or a great 10-class package for those who can't go often enough to make a monthly membership worth it.”
