Dr Boutette is detailed, realistic, knowledgeable and passionate about parrots. He diagnosed why my geriatric Patagonian is losing weight after the other clinic could not (1.5 year journey). The staff is super helpful, professional and patiently answers all my questions. Finally, they are accurate and consistent. I originally switched because I need to board my bird at the vet when I go out of town and my former clinic told me that they no longer can take boarding reservations months out and to call "two weeks" before the boarding date - that meant I could no longer be guaranteed boarding when I needed it. This, combined with several other small mistakes, made me realize that their former level of care had slipped greatly. My birds come first and I should have made the switch sooner.”
