“Let me start off by saying I am terrified of the dentist. Molen was amazing when it came down to my wisdom teeth surgery. I had all 4 taken out and it was a breeze. From start to finish the office staff, nurses and Dr. made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I had a tremendous amount of anxiety going into my surgery but they made it super calming and reassured me I’d be fine which made me less nervous. Definitely recommend! I had a quick and smooth recovery.”

We appreciate the time he takes out of his day to answer any health questions we have and his step by step walk through in explaining how and why he is treating somthing in a particular way as well as his gifting us with all the facts before we make decisions as a team . His wife is easy to speak to , helpful , caring and overall friendly. She does a great job of fitting us in even on short notice.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Jaclyn and what she has created with Evolve Strong Fitness! I was always one to shy away from group workouts because I never felt like I was in good enough shape to keep up. It was intimidating, especially when you’re overweight and out of shape. The minute I walked up to my very first workout I was greeted by name by one of the coaches and several other members that I didn’t know did the same. It was a huge relief. I won’t lie, my first workout was tough, and I pushed myself hard, but it was so rewarding. I woke up the next day and wanted to go back. I have been both an in person and virtual member for two years now. I have seen my body and my fitness capabilities change in ways I couldn’t imagine. I feel a true sense of community and support from other members and especially the coaches. If you are hesitant to join, feel uncomfortable in your own skin, and worry that this is not the place for you, then you’re just like I was, and I encourage you to give Evolve Fitness a try. “Physical therapist Ty was great! She's the best I've ever had for several reasons: 1) she understood that my diagnosis from my doc was stressful and impacting my behavior: she helped me to trust my body again. 2) she knows the whole system (my husband calls her the "muscle whisperer") and how a problem in one muscle group impacts the rest of the body. 3) she is kind and organized -- she even asked me "what do you hope to get from this appointment today?" which was perfect. I understand she's moving to the Auburn location so we're following her there! It's a longer drive but she's worth it.”
