We chose to purchase from Aqua Rec in Tacoma. We liked the staff, and the sales rep (Chris, I believe). As a new spa owner I’ve called their service department on a few occasions. They’ve always responded quickly and answered my questions. We visit the Puyallup store regularly for our supplies, and have come to appreciate Kyle and his crew at that location as well. Buying a hot tub is a huge investment. I like Aqua Rec because I trust them.”

“I went there for an ohmmeter and the staff were very helpful. They had several to choose from. The clerk went over the differences, so I could find the one that suited my needs. The store is clean, bright, and organized. Parking is convenient and they are located on a corner with easy in and out.
