The staff always accommodated my requests and all of the other clients' requests. And it didn't matter how many times they were asked, running around/otherwise had their hands full with their individual tasks, or how tired they were from lack of sleep or whatnot. Moreover, the kindness, willingness to help and support all of the clients in whatever stage of their recovery journey they are currently in, and patience&determination&and inner strength to continue moving forward no matter what obstacles were present really inspired me. The individuals I got to really know always instilled confidence in me to be the person I really am. Furthermore, they bestowed upon me more hope in humankind compared to my past experiences with some people. I hope one day I can thank so many of the people I individually remember and/or visit when COVID-19 is settled. “Washington Cold Storage in Puyallup burned down last month, we lost all of our inventory stored there. The Company that I work for Olson's Baking Company had to switch to 2 smaller companies just to fulfill the demand for our company's products. NST is exceptional they have unloaded my small, 12 pallet maximum box truck within 15 or 20 minutes of my arrival every time. I appreciate their professionalism and expediency. They have also sent trucks to our company which I personally loaded just to get our inventory into their cold storage facility, 2, 53' trucks arrived at from NST at the same time, loaded them both. The only downside is that they don't accept deliveries on weekends or holidays.”

“Look, I live in VP just up the street. I'm not gonna lie, I'm a Lighthouse guy. That's normally where I go. After hours though, the Mobile across the street HAS YOU COVERED. Can't tell you how many times that place came through in clutch situations. Also, they got the cleanest bathrooms you'll EVER see at a gas station. It's all Holly. She's the backbone of that store. I don't know what they pay her, but it's not enough. God bless her.”
