“I like to cook, I like to eat, and I enjoy all kinds of food. Our household needed a little extra help getting meals done for a while and I found this service. I thought it was great. I did try out some other local options that were more mix and match, but I came back to this one. I thought things were savory and well seasoned. The chicken in the enchiladas was great. The chickpea and beet salad was this great surprise with a delicious tahini dressing. Everyone there has been responsive and professional. To receive healthy, well made, individually prepared meals to my doorstep is an amazing service. I am so appreciative and it has been so worth the price. I just keep thinking what a lifesaver this would be for new parents!”

“We visited Rich's in Tacoma to see what stoves were available and get a little education on gas stoves. Sonja is very knowledgeable and shared great information on stove types, brands and options. As we looked elsewhere at stoves, the education Sonja gave us became extremely useful. After looking around, it was apparent that the Lopi stove we looked at at Rich's was the one. The Lopi, being a local product was available and in their warehouse. Rich's installer is a great guy and did a great job. He once again went over all the features and functions of the stove. We are 100% satisfied with our choice of brands and that we purchased at Rich's. The personal attention and general education Sonja gave us made all the difference.”

“I purchased my first motorcycle here. It was the best experience I could have asked for. Manny was fantastic. I was pretty nervous about the whole process, but he was very knowledgeable and helped every step of the way. Everyone in the building was overall really kind, and thoroughly helpful. I live in Seattle and don’t have much experience on the bike, so riding home was very intimidating. Manny help find a route for me that would be comfortable and safe to ride, and it went fantastic. He even rode with me for a bit on the way back to make sure everything went smoothly. Overall this dealership went above and beyond, and I would hands down recommend it to anyone—especially novice riders.”

“No porta potties outside which is a bummer when the office staff isn't there or just don't feel like opening the door. Maybe our driver code works but I haven't tried it. Aside from that issue the shop does a seemingly good job, the staff is nice and open to jokes except for the guy working at the shop desk. Cramped place but overall good. Pay is amazing too. 79 cents a mile, $55 a stop for the UNFI centralia contract can't beat that. Left Swift for JB Hunt and haven't looked back.”
