Elliot- with maintenance- has been courteous, efficient, and helpful with my apartment maintenance needs, such as fixing the towel hanger, ventilation fan, and even with changing the light bulbs. He was considerate also to offer to sweep up afterward. Thank you, Elliot!!!

Update: Reuben in maintenance totally rocks! Called an order in and he was right over to fix the problem. Was kind and patient and I really appreciate him.

I relocated to Washington from Nevada I had to do everything by phone and electronically. Maria worked so hard to ensure that I was approved for my apartment she worked with Compliance as well as her team to ensure that when we pulled up in our U-Haul after driving for two days that we were able to get our keys and move directly into our apartment. Initially I was very scared and had lots of anxiety because I was afraid that my paperwork would not be processed being that COVID-19 stops normal functionality with receiving documents from the unemployment office in a timely fashion. Prior to moving into my apartment I had never done a tour but I was not let down at all. The rooms are spacious the carpet is so comfortable and brand new... the paint looks amazing...maintenance has been right here at every beck and call within hours. Thank you to Helena Colleen Maria and all those that have worked so hard to ensure a smooth and beautiful experience.
