    Staff is polite and handled pets kindly! During covid, you are instructed to sit in your car and essentially "dropping off" your pet for their appointment. You call the front desk to let them know you've arrived. There is an appointment fee that does towards the total cost of the appointment, but IT IS non-refundable. No walk-ins.
