Team Savvy was right on the ball getting our listing out, and making sure we completed all the necessary items to ensure our sale went through, and saved us TONS of money in the process.

I quickly and successfully sold a vacant lot through Savvy Lane that would have been cost-prohibitive to sell through a full-commission RE office. I went with Savvy Lane this time because I wasn't certain I could sell so didn't want to be out the significantly higher fee for the other guys in the "MLS by Owners" space (whom I successfully used before). But now I feel Savvy Lane is simply the superior service: in addition to the self-service automated system I was also well-supported by knowledgeable and helpful people all the way through.
