Puget Sound Express

I had such a great time and we got to see Minke and humpback whales on our trip along with harbor porpoises and a few sea lions. Overall the atmosphere was super positive and the captain was funny. I would do this trip again 10/10.

This is a great trip even if there are no whales seen. The boat is immaculate and comfortable. There is a snack bar and souvenirs. The views are gorgeous and educational explanations are given by the guides. It was a sunny day, with calm water and not crowded. The crew was fun and engaging. They found a Meinke ? which was a neat sight. I would go again with kids. The trip lasted about 5 hours.

WOW - What a trip!!
Me, my husband, niece and her boyfriend took the all day tour with Puget Sound Express. I can not say enough about their customer service, it was AMAZING! From the gal who answers the phone & runs the shop to the boat captain and his deck hand - it didn't matter the tiny littlest question, they wanted to take care of you!! It has been a long time since we have experienced such dedication to customer service.

Due to their customer service it was also all about finding those whales and sea life for everyone on the boat tour. They would leave no kelp un-turned! We saw Orcas, Sea Lions and birds - it was amazing! We loved the Captain & Deck Hand as they were extremely knowledgeable about not only the whales, but the entire area we were in.

We felt safe & sound even during these strange times. Everyone had masks on, there was sanitizer on the tables, reserved seating and they took less then half the capacity of the boat 's limit. We could all social distance!

I would not only recommend them, but will DEFINITELY use their services again! Oh and did I mention - they are family owned, it doesn't get better then that!!

My husband, his family, and I all toured with Puget Sound Express, and it was a truly wonderful experience! The ship is large, comfortable, and clean. The staff of Capt Brian, EJ, and Justine were excellent. We saw a pod of 5 Orca whales and watched as they hunted a seal- truly a once in a lifetime experience! The sights were honestly breathtaking and the staff were professional and knowledgeable. Justine provided informative commentary of the wildlife around us- both on land and in the sea! The food and snacks were delicious as well. Overall, a perfect experience! Thank you!!
