(November 6, 2023, 7:28 pm)I had a number that could be served in 45 minutes to an hour. In 40 minutes it was my time. The employee who assisted me was very friendly and make me feel very comfortable. After 10 minutes I had a copy of my drivers licence and I was out of the place. Thank you.

Despite not having an online appointment, I only had to wait for 10 minutes. The lady at the counter was genuinely concerned about my case and went out of her way to assist me. She was very polite, knowledgeable, and explored all possible avenues to solve my issue. I highly rate this place.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Went to transfer my license from another state and the process took less than 30 minutes without appointment.
The give very clear instruction and was very professional. Pleasant and professional service.
Don't mind driving a bit to come here for any future appointments.
