My wife’s package got delivered on the same day that I was supposed to get mine. Status if mine said that the house was inaccessible.
The next day there was no delivery attempt at all.

EDIT: package did get delivered the following day. It wasn’t updated until later

The customer service here is outstanding. Stephanie knows most of the customers that come-in by name and is so kind and accommodating. She is always so helpful and is able to provide me with the best guidance for my shipping and mailing needs. I've never been so impressed with the kind attitude and customer service at a USPS location prior to moving to Columbia Station! As I read through some of the reviews for this post office, I see that most of them are in regards to the delivery services, not the post office itself. I cannot comprehend how anyone could have anything negative to say about this wonderful location. Customer service at its finest - one of the few places where this idea is not lost!
