I’m not sure how I’ve never given this place a review! But it the ladies that work here are so nice and friendly. Even being overwhelmed as the only bank in Granite, they manage so much and they still do it with a smile on their faces!! Brittney, Kira, Alicia, Sarah, and the rest of the team I’m forgetting are just wonderful! As a GM of a business, I need consistency in my banking and KeyBank in Granite Falls has gone above and beyond their call of duty! Keep up the great work! You’ve EARNED a life long client:)

I love this small town bank. Everybody knows everybody. Whenever I go into this branch they greet me by name every time I walk through the door. all the tellers as well as the branch manager are so friendly not only with me but every person that walks in, no matter how busy they are. I work in customer service so I 100% understand the concept of customer service and they definitely put their customers first this is why I will continue to bank at this branch.
