Day 1 came to diagnose (after I saw him loading a truck with appliances and asked him if he did house calls) 20 minutes after our encounter; Day 2 came to repair; Day 3 brought a refurbished machine I chose to purchase rather than spending a lot of money on a repair. Removed old machine and had a friendly, helpful demeanor the entire time. Reasonable pricing on service calls and refurbished machines.
I will definitely do business with them again and highly recommend them. Anthony and Bill are the technicians I interacted with.
