Safeway Pharmacy

They never ordered my prescription/informed of a back order. When i called to check on it, i was left on hold for 20 minutes until after they closed. While this was a bad experience for me, i chose to write a positive review because i appreciate them being there and i could see the frazzled situation behind the counter but they were still doing their best.

The people in this pharmacy are
over worked and under staffed. I put in a prescription Friday and they did not stock the item. It was an emergency situation where I needed blood clot injection medication and luckily I had a few injections from a prior blood clot.
anyway, the pharmacy tech said they would have it on monday. It is now tuesday and i was left on hold past the time they closed. i choose to believe that wasn’t done intentionally.

This pharmacy is such an improvement over the local Bartells.
This Safeway's pharmacists know your name, and actually answer the phone. Nothing but good things to say.

I needed some emergency medication and wasn't able to drive to pick it up and they delivered it to my front door it was fantastic they are so wonderful
