I had a wrong pizza delivered to me and they were so on top of it they brought the correct pizza out before I even had everyone at the table. That is good service. Almost every time I’ve been at this location it has been very fast and the pizza always tastes super fresh and isn’t greasy.

Always drama free excellent service. Imagine these days actually getting what you pay for. Amazing service, Great prices, Knowledgeable and Friendly staff.

Came in a week or so ago, & had ordered a pizza in person, because I forgot to submit my online order in advance while at home lol. Chad not only ensured I ordered the correct thing in person, but also ensured my pizza was made exceptionally fast, tasted amazing, & asked if I needed anything while I waited for my order while I was there. Amazing customer service, & amazing pizza! Won’t order from anyone/anywhere else.

I made an appointment to replace a rear tire that had picked up a nice, shiny screw. Thom was my first contact. He was great... helpful, friendly, professional. The guys in Parts were also great, making sure I was getting the right tire and that it was in stock. The work itself was fine, and the price was fair. However, based on at least 40 years of experience with motorcycle and auto service departments, Motoplex Service customer communication could be tightened up. To be specific, the wait time for my tire replacement could have been less if the other service rep (not Thom) had asked me when I checked in "Will you be waiting here?" or been able to provide a ballpark time estimate, rather than just saying "We'll give you a call when it's done." I realize such estimates can be risky due to undiscovered problems during a repair, but I didn't have the feeling that anyone had a handle on the day's workload or had enough information to be able to prioritize. So, this is NOT a complaint. I'm a satisfied customer and will be back. It's a suggestion to make communication more efficient to prevent misunderstandings with your customers. Thanks.
