Done Right Plumbing arrived at my house on time. After a quick discussion they went right to work and cleared the obstruction in my drain line. They were quick as could be and checked to make sure that the drain was clear. I have used them more than once and they always perform to the best. I will use them again

Done Right Plumbing is superb. Because of a backup in our sewer line, we first made the mistake of contacting one of the bigger companies that focuses on celebrity endorsements. The other company did locate the problem, but told us it would cost $11,000 (not including tax) to excavate six feet deep in our yard, replace up to ten feet of pipe, and install a two-way cleanout. Thankfully I contacted Done Right Plumbing, which fit us into a very busy schedule. Done Right Plumbing performed the same work (very early the next morning) and solved the problem for ONE-HALF the price ($5,500). Done Right Plumbing was super professional and trustworthy. I know to call them first next time.

Excellent company to work with! We reached out to Done Right for a bid for a side sewer and water line replacement for a 70+ year old house in Seattle, (to take care of it proactively), and they came by the same week and answered all our questions with knowledge and experience. Within a few hours they sent a fair quote for the most cost effective solution given our setup. (We went with the trenchless liner solution for the sewer but the water line had a trench dug.) Once we accepted their bid, they were able to get the work scheduled quickly and ended up completing the job in half a day with a whole crew. They were sensitive to our front yard landscaping, as well as minimizing the downtime of our water/sewer while we worked from home. Friendly crew, office staff, and owner made the experience really nice despite such a large infrastructure project on a house. Would recommend Done Right for any sewer and plumbing needs!

We had plumbing issue with our house two times. We found a plumbing company for the 1st time, but only solved the issue temporarily. When the issue happened the 2nd time, all plumbing companies were booked up. However, Done Right Plumbing was able to help us in the same day afternoon. Steven and his team were quick, friendly and professional. They found the reason and helped us fixed it. Even though there was a little miscommunication on the pricing, Steven was willing to compromise. I will definitively recommend Done Right Plumbing.

On December 6 we asked Done Right Plumbing to come out and move our hot and cold water pipes from one wall to another. We also asked them to prepare the drain pipe for a tile base. The price was right, quality of equipment met my expectations and the guys were professional and friendly. It was a pleasure doing business for the most part. But, when they installed the new valve, they forgot to do something that apparently affected the other shower in on this floor of our home. For a week we were taking cold showers. I thought it was just a quark that would work itself out and then we had to leave out of town for the weekend. Monday the 13 we called and asked them to come just double check that it was good. They sent a team right away. The problem was identified and fixed quickly. We tested the new valve to make sure hot was coming out. We also checked the other shower to make sure my family would be happy. All is good now. Would liked to have done without the cold showers though.
