I had just purchased a new truck from them (after mine went down - during our busy season) and even though their service loaner was being used by another customer, they purchased a brand new chip truck off their own lot and added it to their service/loaner fleet just to honor their commitment to limit my downtime if the new truck should have issues. To be clear, that’s an $80k+ truck they purchased!
They just earned a customer for life.
Also, bought a bandit chipper/grinder from them in the past and they are rock solid pieces of equipment.
