Jackie was really nice and helpful. She diligently helped me put on my screen protector for my phone. Her service was five stars.

I never ever write reviews, although today I had a great experience and I thought I’d share. I was greeted with a friendly and cheerful employee whose name was Allison Jimenez. She helped my family and I every step of the way by giving us tips on what phone to buy. Usually, I feel employees try to trick us into buying the most expensive brand although she gave us the most effective and affordable option. If it were up to me I would definitely give her a raise due to her excellent customer service.

Great experience at the store, i went in, they can only let one person at the time which means they are keeping everyone safe but if you are in a hurry its best to order online because i waited 20 minutes. The Rep that helped me out was knowledgeable and friendly, i got a phone for my mother for mothers day. If you are upgrading make sure to back up your phone, they are not transfering data, but they can guide you on how you can do it at home.
