  My name is Lady Lata Patu. I wanted to say how much I appreciate the help and services that GLG has provided for my family & I. Dalynne Singleton is professional and efficient at what she does. We've ran into a lot of issues along the way of closing the estate of my mother, but overall, we have conquered. With the assistance of her paralegal, Cameron McCracken, he was very responsive and transparent with this entire process. When they say nothing good comes easy, that is so true.   Craig Gourley not only has the education of a real estate and tax attorney, he also has the real world life experience of being a real estate investor. He uses his knowledge and real world experience to the great benefit of his clients. We were lucky enough to have found him after receiving misguided information from another 1031 exchange facilitator. Mr. Gourley was a pleasure to talk to and was willing to take the steps to organize our transaction in a manner that would help to ensure our 1031 exchange meets IRS requirements. He went above and beyond to help us, even though we were first time clients. We are very grateful to Mr. Gourley for all of his help and highly recommend him!

  I wanted to take a moment to express my satisfaction with the Gourley Law Group. I have used this firm three times now and have been impressed and pleased with their professionalism and results each time.
