(November 5, 2021, 12:48 pm)UPDATE 11/2021: Sad to learn Dr. Cadena-Forey left the practice with no explanation. I am devastated because I have a LOT of anxiety about finding a doctor. I was so happy to have found her but now she is gone, and after 3+ years of being her patient I have no GP.
