Absolutely the best customer service as well as thorough & detailed in all of the work they did on my son's BMW. We have been to many other places to have our vehicles serviced/repaired over the years, and Broad Stroke beats them all in competence and customer service...they definitely have our confidence to come back any time we need our BMW serviced. Also a nice additional plus, they gave us additional discounts and perks (hockey tickets, complimentary candy and drinks in the waiting area...) as well as a 3 year/36,000 mile guarantee on the work/parts they put in. They really go above and beyond.

We enjoyed our experience with Broad Stroke. We used to take our BMW to the dealer but now it is out of warranty, the dealership overcharges and recommended items to be replaced that do not need to be replaced. Broad Stroke was honest with what needed repair and why and charged a fair price. They even brought my car to the front door after I paid which was really nice. We would use them again.

I took my BMW here for the first time for an oil change. After the service I received a text and email with a very detailed list of my car and what areas were okay and what services were suggested, and what services were more urgent. From making the appointment to checking out, to picking up my car. The whole customer service experience was exceptional. I would highly recommend. Good prices as well. I also did not feel pressure to get the services done that were recommended.

Parker and his crew are the best in the biz as far as I'm concerned! They are super detailed and very timely. I am always happy when I leave there and know I spent the right amount of money to keep my high end car running like it was designed from the factory. Keep Doing it BIG!!!
