  Wow? Sounds like my old company changed! I worked there from 1990 to 2000 in Ballard, before it was bought out by Primus. I was the last employee hired by Bob Richardson before he passed. It was a good company under Conrad Scheffler. I worked for Mark Wiener in the marine division, just he and I. It's a shame how some companies get worse under new management.

  I’ve been working here since September of 2018.
  
  I can understand where some of these people are coming from, in terms of reviews. However, it’s a two way street. Most new-hires go to the same area to get started, and honestly most of what happens there is pretty simple stuff. The supervisors and leads are not going to hold your hand every day for a week, or breathe down your neck. If you have questions, the people you work next to are more than willing to help.
  
  Since we’re on the topic of the people who work there, most of them are pretty great. Be respectful, don’t show up acting like you know everything and just be a sponge and follow the process.
  
  The biggest reason why people have been fired, from what I’ve seen, is simply being consistently late in the morning and being late coming back from breaks; and that’s just the start. I’ve seen people take 20+ minute bathroom breaks, on a consistent basis, as well as texting on their phones when they’re supposed to be working. My boss is a very patient person, but he does see what’s going on and he’ll bring the hammer down when he’s had enough.
