“I made the deal on my motor home to trade in for one from them. I live in Eugene, OR so it's a 5 hr drive to get to them. They were very fair and willing negotiate on price until we met at an agreeable number. On faith my wife and I drove our motor home all the way past Seattle to their location. As you can imagine I was very concerned that the condition of the motor home I was purchasing wouldn't be as they said and I was concerned about any games or hassle in completing the deal since it was "site unseen" and I had to trust strangers (who are salesmen haha). We arrived late at night, the lot assistant hooked us up to power and water so we could camp there overnight and do the deal first thing in the morning. We got up, went to check the motor home, it was literally perfect, every detail of their motor home was spotless, detailed and in perfect working condition. Everything about their motor home was exactly as advertised and promised. The staff was very nice, small town feel, small dealership style dealing directly with the owner. They took us through over an hour walk-through, explained in detail every system in the motor home and asked me if I had any questions at all about how anything worked. They sent us home with new sewer and water hoses and the whole transaction was perfect. If I could leave more than 5 stars for them I would.”

Roman may not be the greatest communicator but will go the extra mile for you. Same with Tim. The dealership looks old, but why does that matter? Tim is very organized and easy to talk to. “First of all, I don't write many Google reviews, and I almost never give 5 starts. IMHO, 5 stars means that the company "went the extra mile" for you, not just provided an adequate level of service. The staff at Clearview RV is terrific but I will say that I've had the best service when I go there in person or call on the phone. So, here it is June, the busy season for RV service. What are the chances that I can get a new step system installed on my RV in the limited amount of time between my trips? I know that it's unlikely but it was worth going to Clearview to ask. So, the steps were "in stock" and could be at the dealer the next day. What are the chances that they can actually find the time to install my new steps? It's a quick job, so Clearview found time to squeeze me in between the other scheduled jobs. Well, for whatever reason, the steps didn't arrive the next day as expected, but Leo called me to tell me that there'd be a one-day delay so that I didn't make an unnecessary trip to the dealer. The following day, I arrive at Clearview prepared for a long wait with a latte, a book, and a chair so I can hang out. Well, luck was with me. The steps had just arrived on the truck, and Leo, bless his heart, began immediately installing my new steps. Within an hour, my new steps were installed; I had tested installing and removing the steps; I had paid for my new steps; and I was on my way! Thank you to Leo, Wes, and all the staff at Clearview for taking care of me!”

We took the car to our mechanic, he repaired the small amount of damage and sent invoice to Chad as he requested. Received check for repair in less than a week. Exceeded our expectations. Valet parking is not easy uptown and I certainly understand that our car has a very low clearance and can easily hit something when parking in these small spaces.
