“I had taken the day off to install my new advanced Stinger Height10 stereo in my car. It looked "easy enough" on the installation video; but 2 hours in to the project I had to give up. What to do? Found Steve on Google Search - called him and I was lucky he had time that Friday afternoon. The unit was installed in no time. Unfortunately it was defect and didn't fully work. Steve worked with the vendor's tech-support and got it all fixed. Extremely good service. Amazing work. He is very customer oriented - and will ensure everything works to your satisfaction. What I have known for some time as well is that the folks who work at Walmart are down to earth, good natured, good-hearted, strong work ethic folks by no fault of their own have found their job and their life with work at Walmart. Folks demean, laugh, poke fun at the fact that this job exists. Now 40 hours a week is 40 hours a week and I can tell you this that when growing up, my first job wasn't as organized or prosperous. It was not forward-thinking in terms of future job placement as Walmart has for their employees who want that. This is why I support Walmart.”

“Thank you to Ben and staff for helping me make an informed decision. After listening to a few sales pitches elsewhere I stumbled upon Olson's and figured I would give it a try. I walked in with my son and immediately knew it was the right place. I was greeted with a smile (behind a mask) and asked how they could help. We talked and listened to a few different things as my son fell asleep in my lap. Since I wasn't in a hurry and wanted the better half's approval I walk out after exchanging pertinent info so they could write me up an estimate. A week goes by and I drag the whole family in. Again we are greeted with a smile and invited to listen to a few more options that fall within and just above our budget. There was never a hard sales pitch and it felt like we were dealing with family friends the entire time. The staff at Olson's wanted to make sure we were getting the best products that suited our needs and fell within our budget. In the end we followed their recommendations and are very satisfied with the results. The system sounds amazing no matter what is being played.”

“I took my PC here to be looked at by Robert when it was so bogged down I couldn’t even open my Internet browser. He told me what his diagnosis fee would be, and it was extremely affordable, and actually worked out 90% of the issue with me before I even left his office. He fixed a couple of firmware and software issues that I had which was a pretty simple fix, but we also determined that my hard drive needed to be replaced. He explained to me that I would still be under warranty through Dell as I just bought the laptop six months ago and instead of going through the warranty process and waiting a month to have my laptop back, I opted to have Robert install a new SSD for me in my laptop. He had it done within 48 hours. He seems to love his work, was very friendly, fair and his pricing and did what he said hes do. I’ll definitely go back to him in the future for any computer needs.”
